Koliba would like to wish all mothers the most perfect day. We would like to invite you to celebrate with us on Sunday May 14th. Please make your reservation so that we will be ready to say hello when you will come. Please note that we will however be closed Friday and Saturday for a graduation which is out of town. But Sunday we will be here ready at 12 noon. Thanks you for choosing Koliba for your special day.

Koliba would like to invite you to join us on Easter Sunday for a special treat, we will be serving from our regular menu and you can start with chicken soup, our traditional roasted lamb with potato and all the trimmings, also we will have our special roasted duck with cabbage and dumplings. We would like to wish you a wonder Easter and hope to see you all. Thanks for being our friend and customer. ,

Anniversary
Koliba will be closed for vacation from August 12th to August 28th. We will be returning to you all within a few weeks refreshed and ready to serve you a wonderful meal.
We would like to thanks all our customers and friend for all of your support over the years. With your help and patronage we managed to be here for 22 years. Today March 3rd we started our 23rd year. The grand opening on 3-3-2001 was also on Friday. Thank you from all of us very much.
